CEGEP du Vieux Montréal

As part of the CEGEP du Vieux Montréal’s project to upgrade and renew its television studios, Solotech was selected to design, install and deliver the equipment and installation of a multimedia and control system, comprising audio, video, lighting and communication.

Better equipment, better teachers

To better teach and train its audiovisual students, the CEGEP du Vieux Montréal mandated Solotech to modernize the equipment of its decades-old television studios. Installation work was mainly concentrated in its central, audio and video control rooms, as well as its film set. Reusing the equipment in good condition found in the former structure, as well as integrating a new, state-of-the-art multimedia system, Solotech provided the CEGEP du Vieux Montréal with television studios worthy of today’s major public and private broadcasters.
