François-Mathieu Duhamel joins Solotech as Operations Director, Global Managed Services

Solotech, a world leader in audiovisual and entertainment technologies, is pleased to announce the appointment of François-Mathieu Duhamel as Operations Director, Global Managed Services.

François-Mathieu has nearly 25 years’ professional experience under his belt and is recognized for his proven skills in operations management and information technology. His keen analytical acumen and leadership skills will advance Solotech’s vision of excellence both in terms of customer service and technical knowledge.

“I’m delighted to be joining Solotech, where I’ll be able to apply my professional skills in an industry I’m passionate about,” says François-Mathieu.

François-Mathieu will report to Steven Pechie, Vice-President, Global Managed Services, Sales and Systems Integration Division, and oversee and optimize the Global Managed Services team’s operations. His mission will be to oversee effective service management, customer satisfaction and the attainment of the company’s strategic targets. He will also play a key role in managing teams, resources and processes to deliver high-quality service to customers.

Pechie is enthusiastic about François-Mathieu joining Solotech in this role. “I’m very pleased with the key skills and leadership he is bringing to the team. His impressive background will undoubtedly contribute to the company’s continued success.”

Marina Di Pancrazio is a Toronto-based media and entertainment leader with over 25 years of experience. She is an expert at developing successful business and sales strategies and has led several high-performance teams in sales partnerships and production. She has extensive experience working on both the creative and business side of the industry and is known for building new, profitable lines of businesses and optimizing existing ones.

“I have long admired Solotech and I’m excited to be joining this innovative world-class powerhouse,” says Marina. “Their commitment to excellence, quality, and service align brilliantly with my values, and I am honored to be a part of such a dynamic organization.”

Reporting to Martin Carrier, President, Live Productions Division, Canada, and Global Media and Entertainment Technologies, Marina will be leading the Greater Toronto Area’s business development operations and strategies across the division for relevant segments. Her goal is to leverage new opportunities to drive profitable growth with an important focus on establishing Solotech’s presence as a key player in the region.

A consummate professional and a dynamic and an effective communicator, Kurt is always ready to tackle challenges and execute creative solutions. In his new role, he’ll be tasked with further developing Solotech’s presence in the US.

Landon Lovett, Global Market Leader, Solotech, is excited to work alongside him. “It is my honor and pleasure to introduce Kurt Maddox to the Solotech team. Kurt’s track record of sales success in the Fortune 500 corporate arena, as well as the justice sector, particularly in US courts, is second-to-none.”

Kurt’s focus will be on expanding sales and tailoring strategy to the U.S. market’s needs, specifically in Solotech’s corporate, education, and government verticals.

“Kurt has held executive-level sales leadership positions at prestigious integration firms and is eager to bring that expertise to Solotech,” adds Landon.

Over his 30-year career, Kurt has built a wealth of experience. Notably, he’s held strategic executive positions in the AV industry, where he managed and drove strategies and grew the sales of cutting-edge audiovisual and conferencing solutions for a broad range of industries.
